Talo Wadaag Somali Community Center is an officially recognized 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization that serves all members of the community on Ohio.
Our Mission
Founded in 2022, our mission is to promote self-sufficiency for families and provide support through employment, education, cultural and social support, and economic empowerment. We serve children, teens, adults, and elders at no charge.
Fun Fact:
Greater Columbus has become home to a diverse group of immigrants and refugees. Talo-wadaag is one of the premier non-profit organizations in Central Ohio.
Columbus is home to the second-largest community of Somali immigrants in the United States with a growing population of 80,000+. The Somali community in Ohio thrives in entrepreneurship and education.
